Virginia Beach placed 2nd (TOP 2) in the 2008 “Top 100 Places To Raise A Family” in the US. The ranking was basically based on the cities' crime rates, health cares, cultures, housing prices, professionals, educations, and others. Virginia Beach topped all other cities (except for Honolulu, Hawaii which ranked No.1) due to its low inflation and unemployment rate, and it keeps developing recreational activities and improving educational opportunities and standards. Those are only few reasons why many people visit or relocate to Virginia Beach.
